We have a wide network of shops (depots) nationwide that stock Girlguiding UK merchandise. These range from our shops that are open during normal high street shop hours to a vast network of volunteer-led shops that open 1-2 evenings a week, or at weekends in your local area.
Alternatively, your local area may be served by an agent who will take orders for you. Our volunteers are an invaluable source of both local and guiding knowledge and they can advise you about what your daughter needs for her weekly meeting!

Girlguiding UK operates one high street shop at Commonwealth Headquarters in London, and Girlguiding Scotland run four shops – in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Dundee. The net profits from these shops also support guiding. Check out the s

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express). Goods will normally be dispatched within four working days. Please allow a further three working days for delivery. At peak times of the year delivery may take up to 14 days.
Setting up an account is simple and can be done when you place your first order. Just have your credit/debit card details to hand and enter these with your contact and address details. Once you have opened your account, you can also view your previous orders and add to or change your delivery addresses (from second order placed onwards).

A bit about Girlguiding UK Trading Service We are based in Altrincham, Cheshire where our operation includes:
• A state of the art warehouse which supplies the 800+ volunteer-led shops and agents (depots) and the Girlguiding UK shops. We also fulfil customer orders from our website or via our catalogue by phone/fax. Our warehouse was refurbished in 2005 which has led to improved delivery lead times and service for our customers.
• A dedicated buying team who source our range of camping equipment and exclusive clothing and gifts, and
• The knowledge centre - our expert sales team and the Girlguiding UK information team.
